我们在设计时，常有着将结构隐藏起来的习惯，这种习惯将使得我们无法表达存在于建筑中的秩序，并且妨碍了艺术的发展。我们相信在建筑或是所有的艺术中，艺术家会有自然地保留能够暗示“作品是如何被完成”的线索。

When designing, we often have the habit of hiding structures, which makes it difficult for us to express the order that exists in architecture and hinders the development of art. We believe that in architecture or all art, artists naturally retain clues that suggest“how the work was completed”.

“良禽择木而栖”、“喜鹊宿南枝”。结构圆孔对应过来的Eames House Bird。

“Good birds choose trees for their habitat, and magpies stay on the southern branch”. The Eames House Bird corresponding to the structural circular hole.

当光线尚未触及建筑物的翼侧之前，并不晓得自己有多么伟大。居者通过入户天窗可感受到自然光影的美幻。

I don't know how great I am before the light touches the wings of the building. Residents can feel the beauty of natural light and shadow through the entrance skylight.

建筑的设计图应被读解为阳光中空间的协奏曲。即使是一个黑暗的房间也应当在神秘的洞口处有足够的光线，我们才能知道它到底有多暗。每个空间都是由其中自然光的结构和特质来定义的。”

The design of a building should be read as a concerto of space in sunlight. Even a dark room should have enough light at the mysterious entrance, so that we can know how dark it is. Each space is defined by the structure and characteristics of its natural light

餐厅长凳来自故乡老宅，除了是曾祖父母使用过的旧物外，餐厅也是家人荟聚与品尝美食的空间，而设计放置的餐桌石材、旧木，与“裸露的梁”之间，仿佛也在“坦诚”交谈着。

The dining bench comes from the old house in our hometown. In addition to being used by our great grandparents, the restaurant is also a space for families to gather and taste delicious food. The designed dining table stones, old wood, and the "exposed beams" seem to be talking openly.

远离虚假事物、置身在返璞归真而纯粹的环境是非常重要的。

It is very important to stay away from false things and stay in an environment that returns to simplicity and purity.
